Swm: Potec wins women's 200 freestyle

European champion CAMELIA POTEC has won the gold medal in the women's 200 metres freestyle.

The Romanian won the final in one minute 58.03 seconds -- well outside FRANZISKA VAN
ALMSICK'S world record.

FEDERICA PELLEGRINI of Italy took the silver while SOLENNE FIGUES of France won the bronze.
