NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 29, 2001

Cyber Digital, Inc. (OTCBB: CYBD), a leading manufacturer and software developer of fixed wireless Digital Central Office Telephone Exchanges and Private Automatic Branch Exchanges (PABX) announced today that it has signed an agreement with Omomia Associates of Nigeria to establish distributors for its CSX PABX in the seven states of Nigeria.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Omomia Associates shall have the non-exclusive right to market, promote and sell Cyber Digital's CSX PABX to distributors in the South-West region of Nigeria consisting of seven states: Lagos, Ondo, Oyo, Ekiti, Ogun, Osun and Kwara. In addition, Omomia shall fund the marketing, publicity, advertising and public relations activities for the establishment of distributors for CSX.
